Premium SMS Messages

Last week, my phone was charges $36 (till I ran out of credit) for 11 nude Paris Hilton video's that I never received, wanted or subscribed too. I rang Bling Mobile who are located in the UK and they said I still had 17 remaining. All these video's where accessed within 1 minute.

Bling said they will ring me back in 3 days, which they never did so I was left with $1.33 on my phone.

I am now about to ring my carriers service provider to get my money back.

I would like to leave the discussion open for people who have had similar experience and share what you did in your situation.

I never had the problem, but here's what I'd do. I wouldn't have bought the videos, but if I did, I would have taken a lawsuit against Bling, told them that they would have to give back the money if the Operator wouldn't. My advice: Don't download any ringtones, videos, logos, or anything. Just rip your CDs and transfer them to the phone for a ringtone, and do without logos and videos.

In your case, I would just take the lawsuit, and always use services that are based in, or have a number IN your country

They said that it was downloaded through WAP on a Nokia phone. For starters, I have a LG phone with WAP disabled. However, the did mail cash to me, and my phone supplier also credited the money back to me as well.
